The text I chose to summarize and react to is The important things in life by Stephen. A philosophy professor poured rocks into a very large and empty mayonnaise jar and students agreed the jar was full. This text a philosophy professor teach students about the important things in life and priorties. He compares the rocks to your family, your partner, your health and ypur children, he comperes the pebbles to your job.

Main characters are a philosophy professor and his students. A professor teach students about life. For examples, mayonnaise jar, rocks pebbles and sand.
2.Metaphor
This text has five paragraph. Also, the philosophy professor compares the rocks to your family, your partner, your health and your children, he compares the pebbles to your job, your house and your car and he compares the sand to everything else, the small stuff in this story.
3.Theme
This text has many imagery. The rocks means familly, partner, health and children.The pebbles means job, house and car. The sand means rest. Also, This story theme is that you should set your priorities and you should not mix the important things and the small things.
III.General opinion
This text is easy for me to understand because uses a lots of imagery. I think that we often consider the small things of the big problem when we spend daily life, and ew can't see the real important things. After reading this text, Iwant to think about priorities. I should spend cherish everyday.
